This item has not been manufactured yet. Everything shown on this page — renders, mockups, and sample photography — is a design reference, not a photograph of the finished product. Colour, finish, texture, print position, weight, hardware and exact dimensions may change during production and mass manufacturing, and the item you receive may differ from these images. Ordering means you accept that. A difference between the images and the finished item is not by itself grounds for a refund or exchange.

How it works

Estimated delivery: by December 14, 2026. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date — what we commit to is the shipping date above. Transit time, customs clearance and carrier handling are outside our control and are not included in that commitment.

Quantities are confirmed when orders close, and production starts immediately after. Nothing ships during the order window. Orders leave in the sequence they were placed, so delivery dates vary within the shipping period.

Production and shipping schedules can slip for reasons outside our control — factory delays, material shortages, customs, carrier disruption, natural disaster, or other force majeure. If anything delays the November 27 shipping date, we will email every backer before that date passes, with a new date and the reason. You may then cancel for a full refund — including shipping — for any reason and with no questions asked. That right does not expire because production has already started, and it applies to every delay, not just the first.

Product specifications

• Specifications, materials and packaging described on this page are planned, not final, and may change before or during production.
• Minor variation between individual units — in colour, print alignment, cut, or finish — is normal for this kind of small-run manufacturing and is not treated as a defect.
• Screen colour differs between displays. Colour shown on your screen will not match the physical item exactly.
• Any change we consider material will be announced on this page and by email before shipping.

Order information

• Enter your own name, email, phone number and delivery address — not a friend's, and not a forwarding service's contact details. Include your country code in the phone number (e.g. +1 for the US).
• We contact backers by the email address on the order. If it is wrong, or if our mail is filtered as spam, you may miss delivery and schedule notices.
• Address changes are accepted until October 25, 2026 (11:59 PM PT). After that, addresses are handed to production and cannot be changed.
• If a parcel fails to arrive because the address was entered incorrectly, any reshipment is at your cost.

Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, including shipping — before production, during production, or while waiting to be dispatched.
• If we miss a published shipping date, you may cancel for a full refund at that point, whatever stage production has reached. We will not ask for a reason.
• Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled for a change of mind — this is a made-to-order run, not stock. Damage, missing items and wrong items are still covered, as are your statutory rights.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

Email manager@philandart.com within 7 days of delivery. Please attach photos and, where possible, an unboxing video in one continuous take showing the sealed box, the inner packing and every item — without it we may be unable to process a missing-item claim. For orders sent through a package forwarder the 7 days run from delivery to the forwarder.

This is a limited run with no restock: where a replacement is not available we refund the affected item instead. Return items only to the address we give you. Full conditions: see our refund policy.

Shipping, duties & taxes

• Flat rate by destination region, shown at checkout. We ship to the United States and Japan.
• Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees are set by your country and are paid by the recipient. They are not included in the price or the shipping fee.
• United States: the $800 duty-free (de minimis) allowance ended on August 29, 2025 and the suspension was made indefinite in June 2026. Duty is charged on every parcel however little it cost, usually with a handling or brokerage fee on top. Please budget for this before you order.
• If duties go unpaid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we cannot reship or refund. We declare the full purchase value; under-declaring is not possible.

Video call event

Every order enters a random draw for a group video call with all five members. 100 fans are selected. These are the full terms of that draw.

• Entries. One entry per item purchased — the number of entries follows the quantity ordered, not the number of orders. Entries are recorded against the email address on the order and close with the campaign on October 25, 2026, 11:59 PM PT.
• Eligibility. You must be 14 or older on the date you order. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may take part only with a parent or guardian's consent, and we may ask a winner to provide it in writing. Void where prohibited. Our staff and their immediate families may not enter.
• The draw. Winners are drawn at random; every entry has the same chance. Winners are notified by email within 14 days after entries close — by November 8, 2026 — at the address on the order, and a notice is posted on this site. Check your spam folder; we are not responsible for a notification that cannot be delivered. A winner who does not respond within 7 days forfeits the prize and another entry may be drawn.
• When. The call is held after the group's debut, as soon as the members' schedule allows, and in any case no later than June 30, 2027. Winners are given the date, time slot, platform and call length individually, at least 30 days in advance. Scheduling depends on the members' availability and may change; a change of schedule or line-up is not by itself grounds for compensation. If the call cannot be held by that outer date, we will email every winner and provide a comparable alternative benefit.
• Taking part. Only the winner may take part — the prize cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged and has no cash value. We verify the name and email on the order before the call. A winner who is late or absent forfeits the call, and it is not rescheduled. A stable connection, camera and microphone are the winner's responsibility. Where the same person is drawn more than once, participation counts once.
• Recording. Recording, screen capture, streaming or redistribution of the call is not permitted in any form. We may end a call immediately for that, or for abusive, sexual, discriminatory or unsafe conduct, and exclude the participant from future events. If we record the call ourselves for any use beyond running the event, we will tell winners in advance and ask for their consent.
• Cancellation. Cancelling or refunding an order voids its entries, before or after the draw — a winner who cancels loses the prize. If the call cannot be held at all, we will say so by email and offer a comparable alternative; because the entry is a free benefit attached to the purchase, that does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the item, and your rights under our refund policy are unaffected.
• Your data. For this event we use the name and email on your order and, for winners, the ID needed to connect the call and any guardian consent. It is used only to run the event and deleted once it is complete, except where law requires us to keep order records.

Certificate

Every order placed before the closing date receives a numbered Pioneer certificate. The certificate is digital, not a physical item. It is delivered by link after purchase and is not shipped in the parcel. Serial numbers are assigned in order of purchase. It is tied to your order, carries no monetary value, and cannot be transferred or resold separately from the item.

General

• This campaign may be changed or withdrawn where circumstances require. If it is withdrawn before shipping, every order is refunded in full.
