We are currently exempt from mail-order sales registration under Fair Trade Commission Notice 2020-11, having made fewer than 50 mail-order transactions in the preceding calendar year. The test looks at the preceding year, so this exemption stands for the whole of the current year regardless of how many orders we take during it. This exemption does not reduce any of our obligations to you under the Act, or any of your rights under it. If our transactions in a given year reach the threshold, we will register and publish the registration number here before the following year begins.
Funding. Campaigns on this store are pre-order sales of goods and are mail-order selling under the Act. They are not investment-type crowdfunding, and we do not promise or provide profit, interest, principal or equity. Users receive goods only and keep every consumer right the law provides.
